By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Products and Nature of Goods

TCGORA specializes in trading card game (TCG) products, including sealed collectible items such as booster packs, boxes, and exclusive editions.

All products are sold as-is and described to the best of our ability. Due to the randomized nature of TCG products, we do not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, or outcomes.

Sealed products are considered collectible goods. Once opened, their value and integrity are altered, and they are no longer eligible for return.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraudulent activity
  • unauthorized or disputed payments
  • pricing or listing errors
  • stock unavailability

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute final acceptance of the order, which occurs only upon shipment.

  1. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include taxes where required by law. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund or offer the option to proceed with the corrected price.

  1. Payment Processing

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, credit cards, Klarna, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

We reserve the right to use fraud prevention systems and to request additional verification when necessary.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We operate through a global fulfillment network with distribution hubs across multiple regions, allowing efficient international shipping.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 5 to 7 business days
United States: 7 to 12 business days
Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to the customer.

  1. Customs, Duties, and International Orders

TCGORA operates through international logistics solutions designed to minimize or eliminate customs duties for customers.

While most orders are delivered without additional import fees, customs policies vary by country. In rare cases, local authorities may apply duties or taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or rejections caused by customs authorities.

  1. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • items must be returned in their original packaging
  • prior authorization must be obtained by contacting support@tcgora.com

Due to the nature of collectible sealed products, any opened, damaged, or tampered items are strictly non-returnable.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCGORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TCGORA or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.

For customers located in the United States, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable international commercial laws, and you waive any claim against TCGORA outside of the jurisdiction defined herein, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Pre-Orders

Certain products offered on TCGORA may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase a product that is not yet in stock and will be shipped at a later date.

Estimated release dates and shipping timelines for pre-order items are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to change due to manufacturer delays, distributor issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase in order to secure allocation.

If a delay occurs, customers will be informed whenever possible. However, delays do not constitute grounds for automatic cancellation or compensation.

Pre-orders may be canceled upon request prior to shipment, subject to review. Once the item has been shipped, standard return conditions apply.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to supplier limitations or stock allocation issues, a full refund will be issued.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the inherent uncertainty related to release dates and availability in the trading card game industry.
